Hi, I'm Emma

A nurturing and playful Post traumatic growth coach, on a mission to help people embrace their sensitivity and create BodyMind harmony.

In my work as a coach, I support people with tender hearts to come back to life after loss. I help them create deep inner confidence and trust so they can stop doubting their impulses and start taking courageous steps into the life they really want to live.

As a Custom Workshop Designer & Facilitator, I help dysfunctional teams collaborate better and solve problems faster, so they can create powerful forward momentum and bring much-needed satisfaction back into the work they do.
I love connecting individuals and organisations eager for transformation with the tools, resources and experiences that catalyse lasting change.

More About Me

A Scottish dreamer with an insatiable curiosity and thirst for knowledge. I'm lucky to have married my best friend and call myself mum to two Havaneser pups, Charlieboy and Rocky. My emotional acuity is profound, matched only by my voracious appetite for all that life has to offer. A daring soul, I've dabbled in nearly everything at least once, gleaning valuable lessons from both triumphs and setbacks.

My professional journey began in the culinary arts as a chef, but physical constraints led me to pivot to Health & Safety. A dozen years in Surveying, Project Management, Consultancy and Training honed my skills until I discovered my true calling in Training, Learning & Development.

Relocating overseas in 2016 to New Zealand for a year was both thrilling and daunting. Moving to the Netherlands one year later was stressful and destabilizing. Settling in The Hague became the platform for the launch of my first traditional business; FloLab — The Hague's first ever wellbeing-centric coworking boutique. Despite the unforeseen trials brought on by the pandemic, which ultimately forced FloLab to shut down in 2022, the experience was enlightening.

Now, I merge my extensive background with a commitment to nurturing others, having established a private coaching practice in 2020. As an ICF Certified Coach, I hold Diplomas in Transformational, Trauma-Informed, and Somatic Coaching, with additional certifications in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Narrative Practices and Group Coaching.

“I worked with Emma at a time when my whole world felt like it had imploded. Her presence, compassion, skills, and intuitive questions helped me to find my way again. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Working with Emma helped me untangle some of the big knots in both my personal and professional life. With her support, I could uncover what I thought was the messy and bad part of me and transform it into strengths that I feel very grateful for now. I was able to explore different areas of my life - work, relationships, family, and my own emotional well-being - through the compassionate and curious lens of Emma's guidance. Emma holds huge empathy for her clients in the process, not rushing while keeping her eyes on the road ahead. She finds a healthy balance between being daring and caring. I enjoyed each and every session, their variety and depth. I will definitely come back to work with Emma when I feel the fork in the road that calls for support! ”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Emma. Her skill in giving me the space I needed is great. She supported me to reflect on how I currently lead my life and to think through some alternative directions that may improve the quality of my life and relationships with others. For the first time in a long time, I felt I had a safe space to talk without fear of being judged. My confidence grew in terms of what I needed and wanted from relationships. I became more focused on my own goals. Having spent 10 sessions with Emma I retrained in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching and Reiki. These were goals which would not have been on my radar if I hadn't been given the time and space to explore what I really wanted to achieve in my life. It was a life-changing experience for me (and my family). ”
