These are some of the questions people most frequently ask me:
What equipment do I need to take part?
There is no specialist equipment required for these classes. Only basic items like paper or a notebook, pens or pencils, a candle, blanket or cushion for example. There may be one or two specific items depending on the theme, e.g. in the fire class you will need a candle with lighter or matches and a bucket or pot for a burning ceremony. You will recieve and email 10 days before the class giving you an overview of what to expect, what you will need and how to prepare.
Will I need to be on camera during the Zoom sessions?
Can I practise between sessions too?
Absolutely! During each class we will connect to, interact with, embody and relate to the element. The invitation for you after the class, is to continue this practice for at least a week. Perhaps with a mini embodiment practice that you cultivate from the experience you have in the class. Or you may in fact feel called to set yourself an action or intention to complete, before the next class. You will have access to the replay for in between classes and so can dip back into it as much as you like in between the live classes.
Do You have any tips to help me get to the most from these sessions?
- Commit to show up to each and every class no matter how you are feeling. Be open to all the medicine and wisdom each element has to teach you.
- Be open to trying things that your mind might have differing opinions about. Treat this as an opportunity to get to know yourself and your self imposed limitations and stories you have about who you are and what you can / cannot do.
- Be an active participant by ensuring you are present, engaged and connected to your intention.
- Follow the group guidelines of the 4 agreements:
- Be impeccable with your word
- Do not take anything personally
- Do not make assumptions
- Always do your best
